In 1999 we were in a position to move from our existing home, so began the process of finding a new home.  After phoning the Boseckers to just ask the basics of building a new home, we were guided thru the entire process, start to finish.  They provided available lot locations, design and layout information and advice on choosing the house that best fit our needs along with the lot shape and size.

Step by step we worked thru the home building process with "hand held" guidance along the way.  Being totally inexperienced in building a home, the knowledge and experience the Boseckers brought to the table was invaluable.  Cost saving suggestions were given where Scott saw fit, the attention to detail is wonderful, and we have had numerous compliments on the overall craftsmanship of the home. 

November 2006, we decided to have the basement level finished for recreation purposes.  Again, Scott worked with me and guided me thru the process.  We now have additional living space constructed with the same attention and craftsmanship.
